Management need to improve the...

Liked: Price was reasonable. Only one staff named Jay, working as receiptionist and as well as helping in the breakfast, was trying his best
Disliked: Breakfast and the whole breakfast arrangement were very poor. One staff doing everything and he was trying his best. Room door security not satisfactory.

Liked: Great value staff we're excellent great location good value for money would highly recommend
Disliked: Stayed in room 10 door was abit hard to unlock with the key at first no beer on draught only bottles

Liked: I forgot my brand new original iPhone charger and adapter in the room 4 but someone stole it before I could go back there despite them previously confirming they had it in safe keeping for me.
Disliked: My brand new charger and adapter got nicked
