Very disappointed

Liked: The blinds in the room were very black out so kept light out great.
Disliked: Room was dirty. Carpets stained in several places. Previous guests razor left in bathroom and prescription medication on the floor . Soap and shower gel dispenser looked disgusting with a brown scum around the top of each. Window wouldn’t stay open had to wedge a block of wood to hold it open that was left on the window sill. Breakfast was appalling, for a “continental ” the spread was poor. A very small table with a cling film covered jug of milk and one of orange juice, 5 jams, and 4 yoghurts no idea how long they’d been left out of the fridge for. We were asked if wanted tea or coffee, coffee was u pleasant just a standard filter coffee. We had to ask for toast which came to us buttered on white bread there was no other choice. Telephone in the room but no cable attached so unsure why was even there. Bed was awful could feel the springs. Pillows were odd two felt like a cheap piece of foam other two felt like very well worn synthetic filled pillows .

Disappointing

Disliked: Do not expect any breakfast, although it is marked as breakfast included, that's partially true. You will be served with instant coffee, white bread toast and jam, not even eggs no freshly brewed coffe, not warm milk.The receptionist is trying to do everything by himself so therefore don't be surprised that the service quality is poor.

Liked: It was close to where we needed to be.
Disliked: It looked closed when we arrived as all the lights were off and there were no other cars in the carpark. Our room had loads of stains all over the carpet. There was no information on breakfast or WiFi password. Stains on the pillows, huge crack on the sink, had to keep the window open with a block of wood supplied. The room had a storage heater which made the room boiling hot even after we switched it off at the wall. The hotel was dated and unclean. It was clearly being used for multiple occupancy. We will not be staying here again.
