Liked: Breakfast was very good, as was the location
Disliked: The hotel is nice, but is not the place to stay at weekends if you are a light sleeper. There is a constant low frequency boom from the disco, and other guests who are there to party make no adjustments for other hotel guests who might be in bed.

Liked: Beautiful old building in nice environment with really nice breakfast in the beautiful ballroom.
Disliked: The probably old airco-system in the room had quite a lot of noise.

Liked: Staff were very professional, friendly & helpful. Our bedroom was spacious, clean, the bed was amazing, i never slept so well. The breakfast choices were vast, all the buffet food was so fresh and to a very high standard. The restaurant you had breakfast in was a grand dining room, beautiful decorated. The location was amazing, so central for all the sights and so safe. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel and when we go back to Stockholm I would definitely stay there.
Disliked: There was construction going on during our stay (we had scaffolding outside our bedroom window) and we weren't advised until we checked in late in the evening. However to be honest we were not bothered by it during our stay, as everything else was so wonderful in the hotel, it just would have been nice to have known before arriving.

Superb

Liked: The location and breakfast were very good. The room was comfortable.
Disliked: The background noise in the restaurant (which could loosely be called music) was unbearable and prevented us from coming for the afternoon brunch. Some of the cleaning and bath products were overly scented.

Liked: The brekfast was super good. The dinner ambient was beautiful. The pub was great.
Disliked: Nothing to complain. It was a beautiful heritage hotel.

Disliked: The harshness of the rooms in terms of style and colours but it’s more a personal preference. The bathroom was small too.

Beautiful hotel!

Liked: Beautiful hotel. Very clean. Nice styling to the hotel. Restaurant was gorgeous with the chandeliers. Staff were very nice, helpful and friendly. Bedroom was ample size. Bed very comfortable. Large TV. Lots on offer for breakfast, fruit, cereal, cheese, ham, tomato, sausages, rashers, eggs, mushrooms and so much more...A good location. Renovation work was going on but it didn't interfere with our stay. Highly recommend.
Disliked: The restaurant is an Asian food restaurant which I don't particularly like so we didn't eat there..but that's not the hotels fault..it was popular though with other people, there were queues for it.
