We loved the location!!!

Liked: Great location, Great staff , clean pool area ,
Disliked: Smoke from guest staying at hotel smell of marijuana , at night the smell of dope was in the whole . Very unpleasant

Disliked: Needs updated some in halls elevator and ice machines. Parking was ridiculous

Liked: Everything was good this makes 2 years I have got my daughter a 2 day vacation there she is fighting cancer and wanted to come to burmuda sands so thank yall for being their for her
Disliked: One of the people at the desk was real rude when I called down their to ask a question so I just hung up cause they was no talking to her I called back the next couple days and was took care of

Disliked: The rooms were not layed out correct dirty

Liked: Sitting on the balcony watching and listening to the waves coming in from the ocean! The staff were also very amazing!
Disliked: Not having a remote to operate the television.
