Liked: I love the employees! The ladies at front desk are very friendly!
Disliked: I was in room number 530. Had a jacuzzi tub but it was very dirty. No towels but the ladies at front desk took care of the towels. I asked for non smoking so I did t know why there was an ashtray in the room. I stay at Bermuda sands every time I come to Myrtle beach but I am gonna have to rethink it next time. I have included pictures. ( first picture is tub. Second picture is right after walking in the door there was a large empty space..not sure what was suppose to be there. ) I had to run the shower in order to fill up the jacuzzi. Hot water was hard to come by.

Disliked: Too many people smoking pot smell and yeah, not only that too many people fighting tV did not work. Air conditioner was not working

Disliked: The room wasn't clean, and the shower curtain was covered in mold. The tub was gross and had scum in the bottom of the tub. We had to buy our own cleaning supplies and clean our room. The floor wasn't swept and had stuff all over the floor. Most of the receptionist staff had an attitude and when you asked for more towels, TP, always got an eye roll from staff. All the pool chairs were broken, and they only had a few chairs. There were holes in the walls and the parts of the trim were ripped off and finishing nails were exposed. Just waiting to get snapped on. Parking was ridiculous. No parking in the parking lot. Had to go across the street (which was ok) then when that was filled up had to go down the street even further and try and park. Very disappointed.
