Liked: Close to beach
Disliked: Customer service was awful staff rude took two days to get a remote for tv acted like it was a crime to want a towel to use at pool not a good experience

Liked: The location was perfect! We loved being right by the fishing pier and the ocean. The staff is great! Love the lazy river and pool area! Felt very safe there
Disliked: I do not like the parking situation at all. There are not enough spaces to accommodate guests by the bldg. there are not enough luggage carts. Everything else was great!

Disliked: While I understand that I was in a tourist area during a busy time of year, the noise was out of control. The room was directly over the walkway between the hotel and the beach and it had people on it at all times of day and night. The water in the shower was not hot, ever. And the remote for the TV didn’t work. We called the front desk, who came up to fix it, couldn’t fix it, and whose response was “that sucks”. I spent a lot of money to be met with that deplorable service. Will never stay there again and will discourage anyone from ever staying there.

Liked: The people were friendly, you have a balcony that you look straight out into the ocean from.
Disliked: It could use a couple upgrades but it didn't effect our stay.
