Disliked: The Breakfast buffet didn't have wide variety like other Marriott hotels...it's not good value for the money .(Breakfast)..I mean...

Good hotel in central Berlin

Liked: Clean, Lovely rooms, close to U-bahn
Disliked: A little pricey considering the location and the overall standard. Pool was small and quite cold. Breakfast a bit crowded

Excellent hotel in an excellent...

Liked: The hotel's location is perfect. A lot of the sightseeing places are very close, there are a lot of restaurants nearby, the Berlin Mall is very close and there are supermarkets near by as well. The breakfast offered by the hotel was EXCELLENT. There was a wide variety of options available. The room size was very comfortable for 3 people. And the staff at this hotel was absolutely wonderful.

marriott is not a great...

Liked: the rooms were spacious & beds were comfortable.the car park valet's were friendly & helpful.
Disliked: -Staff is not very courtesy & a bit sarcastic. They do not focus on customer needs and are defensive without solving the issues-Given the stature of Marriott, we expected service...but were sorely disappointed. We asked for a bottle opener and were told we would be charged 2 Euros to bring it to the room. Seriously? this is service?-Breakfast was absolutely boring and uncreative. Exact same breakfast for 4 days that we stayed. Coffee machine didnt work/dispense coffee for 2 days of that and inspite of complaining to staff, nothing was done to rectify. Bread got over and could not be replenished. There was one 2 slide toaster for over 300 guests.. we probably spent more time in queue for toast than on breakfast. terrible.-Room had mosquitoes and we had to chase and kill them-parking fees were higher than we paid in other places.
