Liked: Nice experience at the Marriott Berlin. The service was good, rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect for exploring the city. Everything was smooth.

Only the location is good,...

Liked: Location is good. Hotel and front desk staff are good but rooms are not clean enough. That’s why we did not feel good and comfortable.
Disliked: Rooms are not clean. We stayed 4 nights, (its written in the room, linens are changed every 3. Day)bed linens never changed. Room was always very dusty, i think its because of carpets, they dont seem clean. They just make beds and change towels(i hope) as a daily cleaning, nothing else. There is not any amenities kit in the rooms, you have to ask to reception for a piece of cotton, slippers. Elevator ground were very dirty every 4 days we stayed.

Great location and modern hotel...

Liked: Breakfast staff were very nice and well trained. The location is very central: Right next to Potsdamer Platz and walking distance to Brandenburg Gate. Fitness facilities are good.
Disliked: We explicitly requested a silent room and got the opposite. Change not possible. No proper apologies from reception. Breakfast room was a bit crowded.

Disappointed with absence of inconveniences...

Liked: The location.
Disliked: Lobby bar construction disabled many other functions. No business center = no ability to print boarding passes. No ATM. Exceptionally pricey breakfast. No replenishing of bottled water in room.

Disliked: All Services are chargeable … even for the plates to delivery at room is chargeable
