Overall good modern hotel but...

Liked: Overall the room and the bathroom were modern and clean, had bathrobes and slippers included. We had nice little treats for Easter (a box of macaroons), which was a nice touch. Breakfast was good but not as big selection as some other hotels, breakfast room was also very busy.
Disliked: We were disappointed to find the lobby was closed off for refurbishment, we were not notified of this in advance. The beds were not as big as expected, don’t be fooled by the photos, they are kind of a bit misleading. We only got one bottle of water in the room on our first day (in other hotels you get a bottle of water or even two each day), the glasses were not washed for 5 days throughout our stay.

Liked: We had a great stay! The breakfast had a nice variety of food, and the pancakes were absolutely delicious. The swimming pool being open until 11 PM was a big plus. The location is top close to shops and all the main sightseeing spots. Hospitality was also excellent, and I definitely recommend this hotel.The only thing that was a bit annoying, a day before our arrival, I contacted the front desk asking for two connecting rooms since we made a 2-room reservation to make it easier for our kids. Although we were given two rooms next to each other, they weren’t connected from the inside. I had to go out into the hallway every time to check on my kids, which was a bit annoying, especially since I know the hotel does have rooms with internal connecting doors. I wish my request had been accommodated.
Disliked: No connecting rooms available for families available.

Liked: Lounge works very well. Comforable beds and room.
Disliked: Bathroom a bit small. The whole main pateo was at reconstruction, not noicy but didn't feel like being on the groun floor.
