Liked: Location was right on a main thorofare but thankfully we were in the back/quiet. The room was very clean
Disliked: The photos made it look like a bed and breakfast, but it turned out to be a renovated motel. There were games in a nice space in lobby but we didnt use them. The pillows were too big/i didnt sleep well…

Great value, lux updates

Liked: Lovely updates, beautiful fixtures and comfortable linens. I appreciated the text assistant feature to ask questions of staff. Great value and location to stay after a Tanglewood.performance.
Disliked: Check-in and check-out procedures weren't entirely clear with an unattended ipad in the lobby.

Nice hotel but expensive.

Liked: The location was good. The room was clean and updated. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The ac was noisy. The tv would not shut off. No coffee in room. The price was expensive because of the holiday but not worth the huge increase for one night.No breakfast included in price.
