Liked: I liked the outdoor space and the bar/lobby area. Nicely decorated. There were games for me and my kids to play. The room was comfortable and clean. It was quiet and we had no trouble of any sort. The check in and check out process was easy.
Disliked: The location of the hotel was by the main road and we could not walk to town easily. The restaurant offered interesting choices for dinner but too complicated for my kids. Similarly with breakfast--the choices were too limited so we opted to eat out.

Liked: Common areas attractive.
Disliked: Room was dark with poor lighting. Couldn't read a book. I expected the rooms to be more pleasant based on the photos of the common areas. Coffee was free, but not tea. Complementary breakfast would have been nice.

Blown away this excellent place...

Liked: This is a very tasteful hotel reasonably priced. Location was good, friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again.
Disliked: I can’t think of one.

Other than the very small...

Liked: Very nice lobby and outdoor seating area; the room and hotel were clean and well maintained.
Disliked: Our room was quite a bit smaller than anticipated; was located on the ground floor with only one small window looking out on the parking lot. The room was also small and dark; the very busy Route 20 was an absolute nightmare to turn out onto safely.

They don’t care

Disliked: We left a laundry bag of dirty laundry. We discovered this shortly after check out. They seemed not to care, nor try to locate it. We were back in the area three days later and went to the facility in person. No luck. They didn’t seem to care. I will not stay here again.

Liked: Great stay in this very charming converted motel. Lovely common areas and lounge (indoors and outdoors). Room very comfortable. Delicious coffee self serve in the bar.
Disliked: Breakfast is very limited and only starts at 8:30
