too expensive, declining badly year...

Liked: the location is great for me during cross country travel, and also has a nice view. There are also two new and newer truck stops there now for fuel and food.
Disliked: Horrendous care of facility. I have been staying here literally for 30 years, and the past 10 have shown a huge decline. I have two dogs, and stay here at least once or twice a year, every year. In the past 3 years i was given the same exact room 3 years apart, and the same broken things were in place. I know this because i remembered them from before, i fix things for a living. rooms are poorly cleaned and heavily smell of mildew. i would never shower here. Sadly I love the location for ease of cross country travel for me, and I have a nostalgic tie to it from decades ago. There is no real phone anymore for the place, only a cell phone and hopefully someone will get back to you. its heartbreaking to see how far this place has declined and declining.The pricing is crazy high for it, and hopefully someone will buy this great location and fix it up.
