Clean but dated. Check in...

Liked: Short drive to Tanglewood.
Disliked: Check in at 4pm. Check out at 10am. This is too short. Most places are 3 to 11.

Liked: Love the space!

Clean and stately with some...

Liked: It’s in a good location for getting to Lenox or Stockbridge. Rooms were clean and the front desk staff quite helpful and friendly.
Disliked: 1) The EV chargers didn’t fit my J1772 port, so I couldn’t charge the car. I suppose that’s a larger issue. There were no parking spaces other than those and an unpaved section at the back end of the property. I left my car in the EV spot without plugging it in and was told I had to move it at 12:30 AM, by a guy who came to our room. A phone call would be better. 2) The parking lot was full and unlit; having to park in said unpaved section was harrowing. What was it, a construction site? Were there nails on the ground? Headlights are not enough in those circumstances.

Staying @ Berkshire Mountain Lodge...

Liked: With a fully equipped Kitchen, King size BR, and a pull out King size sofa for guests. Plus 2 TV’s and large bathroom to share…what more could you ask for on vacation?! Surrounded by restaurants and museums. Movie Theaters nearby for the family when it rains. BEST of ALL - amazing concerts at nearby Tanglewood!!
Disliked: There is nothing that we didn’t like about the property. We vacation here at least 1-2 weeks a year.

Liked: The ice machine in our freezer (the whole freezer actually) didn't work and when we asked for ice the staff said there was no option and she had no way to get us ice if our freezer wasn't functioning properly. She wasn't exactly rude about it but she wasn't warm and friendly at ALL either.

Disliked: Bed linen looked like it had already been slept inRoom smelled of mustFront desk would not move us off first floor even though we arrived very early. Made us think that everyone who was staying there that night had already checked into their rooms.All you could hear in the bedroom was all the plumbing around us, constant flushing toilets, showers sounded like it was raining in the room.Forgot toothpaste and asked front desk, had nothing. They just said sorry we cannot help.Paid over $400 for one night, would have expected at least some kind of essentials behind the front deskCharged $20 resort amenities fee!We go to Tanglewood every year, will NEVER stay here again.
