Disliked: The facility is not sound proof. We stayed at the ground floor and we hear the noise above us. While sleeping, we also hear the noise of shower from the next room.

Staying at Berkshire Mountain Lodge...

Liked: We have been coming here for many years (even thru Covid!!) ever since we returned to the Boston area. The quality and cleanliness of your facilities beat every 4 star venue available. It is truly like staying in your own home!! We highly recommend you to friends and anyone we meet traveling to the Berkshires. In fact we gave info about Berkshire Mtn Lodge to our accountant when our tax return was finished last week! The enjoy Tanglewood in the summer too.AND we will definitely be back in 2 months for 4th of July weekend to celebrate with James Taylor!! Looking forward to it — See you soon!
