Liked: It was ok for the money
Disliked: Close to a main street facing gaz station it was too noisy Plus you can hear the noise from the adjacent room,no insulation

Liked: Not much parking, ended up parking on the boulevard near the Motor Hotel.The room was clean, just big enough for the two of us. Bed was comfortable and the room was simple and met our overnight stay needs.
Disliked: Receptionist could have been a bit more friendly, but he took care of our check-in in a timely manner and we got to our room.

I don't recommend this place...

Liked: Nice bathroom and shower. Coins available (but only with cash) for using the suggested washing machine out of the main facility.2 good restaurants open late night around, like the excellent staff who received me at Denny's and nice Yesenia's Mexican cantina across the street.
Disliked: Parking ticket (81U$, I tried to request review, so this place must be common to receive citations) in a red marked curbside right in front of the facility, which I did not see because migraine at night. Not for solo travelers, or independent visitors, specially women. Misleading room options that restricts to 2 adults, allow you to reserve as one guest and then question rudely the guest about their stay. "Visitors not allowed/welcomed"Rude and dismissive receptionists for late checkin and checkout, I stayed 2 nights and it was not even informed by the room phone that I could be cited. Absolutely bad experience, first citation after years in SD.No one help you with stairs and bags when you by yourself, but when you read here you assume is a family-friendly place. Bad experience, I respectfully suggest a real revaluation of your practices and staff attitude towards guests and tourists that would have considered staying longer. Sorry.

Superb

Liked: Nice room, well equipped and a handy laundry room behind the motel. Good bus service very close and a 5 minute drive to the shopping centre. Ate at the Red Fox Room one evening, a little dark inside but lovely food, Gilly's bar was good for a pre dinner drink, both 5 minute walk.
Disliked: A little out of the way if you want lots to do locally.

Is was a good stay

Liked: Comfortable very friendly staff
Disliked: Parking is a issue and the part of town people living on the street but thats in alot of the world these days.
