A Resounding Meh

Liked: The employees were kind and responsive.
Disliked: The whole place smelled like chlorine. Also can’t believe it cost $112.

Disliked: The floor of the bathroom was a little higher than the floor to the rest of the room, so it is easy to stub one's toe when going into the bathroom. I did it a couple of times.

Exceptional

Liked: Clean, comfortable quiet

Don’t pay for this place.

Liked: Parking spot right outside our door.
Disliked: It advertises pool, the pool was DISGUSTINGLY. It advertises breakfast, there was nothing. Front desk staff barely spoke a word.

Disliked: No breakfast.

Disliked: If you left early for emergency, you could not get a rebate on the room or any kind of Credit we stay there all the time we come to Pittsfield

Liked: Every time I come back to Pittsfield I try to stay here because it’s a nice place clean quiet nice people
