Wonderful staff, lovely accommodation!

Liked: The room was lovely and the staff so very friendly, helpful and welcoming. A really comfortable bed, and I absolutely loved the extra little touch's - chocolates on the bed and wonderful, high quality coffee bags and biscuits.
Disliked: The only reason I didn't mark the hotel 10/10 was due to the taps in the bathroom and lack of mini fridge. The taps in our family room were not labelled hot/cold and the water was very hot, so it was tricky for my daughter to manage without being able to identify the right tap. We visited in 30 degree heat, so would love to have had a cool mini fridge to hold water . Otherwise though, I was really happy and everything else was spot on!
