Liked: Convenient location with a restaurant included.
Disliked: We last stayed in this hotel about 10 years ago in the same room. It had not changed at all. The toilet door could not be closed properly.!The heating system was hard to control and the air conditioner could not cool the room for sleep as a consequence we had a very poor nights sleep after a long day. The restaurant was cold for dinner and the special of the day was unavailable even though we were in there at 6:30 pm. Breakfast was much better and more like what we had expected.

Grand hotel in beautiful Bowral

Liked: Beautifully restored period hotel with lovely amenities. Very comfy room. We had a fabulous meal at Bistro Sociale as well.
Disliked: TV was very small and hard to see properly from the bed. Lighting was quite dingy particularly in the bathroom. Our room was over the kitchen and it was a bit noisy due to ventilation system running all night.
