High recommend the hotel, and...

Liked: The room was spacious and comfy. Newly renovated room with a modern look. The shower was particularly great. The mattresses and pillows were just right for a good nights sleep. The location is easy to get around, as you are in a quick walking distance to a bus stop. We chose mostly to walk to the old city as it is a nice walk through the areas.
Disliked: Nothing to not like.

Liked: Excellent value. Very friendly helpful staff. Family oriented. Great rooms. Very comfortable beds.Perfect for a family tourist stay. They communicated with us prior to arrival about some building work, which was finished on our day of arrival and was not a problemSlightly older decor, but not dirty or unpleasant.Nice artworks (I suspect owner derived) adorn the rooms and corridors.The location is easy to get to from central train station. It is also easy to walk or get public transport to the city center.
Disliked: Nothing really.

Exceptional

Decent stay but way overrated...

Liked: The bathroom is really nice all new and they do come and clean it every day which is also very lovely. The house is really nice vibe. The family owning the place is polite.
Disliked: I had a horrible experience surviving at 7 AM and no one was there so I had to wait in the freezing cold and find a place to leave my luggage. No one was answering the bell or the messages. It’s a hotel or so I thought. Imagine my surprise when I found out that they actually live there. They just didn’t even wanna open the door. The supposed charm is that it’s a family run business, but don’t call it a Hotel when it’s just a house and it misleads people. The reason that I book hotels is because I want to have the full service with the luggage at any time with the reception. This was not the case, and he was not clear. The bed is not comfortable. It’s a tiny mattress. Very uncomfortable and kept falling off.Somehow, my room is called a budget room even though I paid more than €150 a night. I don’t understand how this place is rated as of my booking something like a nine and it’s at most an 8

Liked: The stuff was extremely friendly and helpful!
Disliked: Would be great to have also a coffee option in addition to tea in the room and more milk available

Liked: All the hotel employees were nice.
Disliked: Floors were not really cleaned in the bedroom. The bed had a mattress topper that as soon as I entered the room was not set up properly, it was not really comfortable as well but this is personal.
