Disliked: The rooms, we had corner suite 515/516 2 separate bedrooms, one room did not have a wardrobe/closet, just one hook on wall. No storage for clothes. Room 515 had a closet with hanging area but no storage for clothes. We lived out of suitcase. Disappointed as we were there to celebrate engagement so had dresses and smart clothes didn’t expect it from a 5 star hotel. Discussed this issue with front desk staff on 3 occasions to ask for closet, staff genuinely shocked that the room didn’t have one, but nothing happened !

Disliked: The shutters that only close when the key card is out of the socket - which means you have no power
