Disliked: The room and its lack of useful furniture and design choices, the beds, the staff in the restaurant Bare were rude when we stopped by for a drink, there is a weird lobby with 2 separate elevators.

Liked: The location is very nice
Disliked: The welcome and the service in general is not what you would expect for a 5 stars. We carried our luggage alone up the stairs at arrival (Sunday check-in are usually less professional!) we upgraded our Loft Suite to a Deluxe Suite because the room was too basic and with no view. The staff on Monday was then very nice and helpful and we were happy at the end. The Michelin stars restaurant is closed for 4 nights a week… also a bit disappointed

A hotel you will remember.

Liked: Perfect location in a restored building with classic architecture. Very refined furnishings and luxurious touches. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast room is spectacularly decorated with 1920’s murals and painted arching columns. Breakfast itself is first class and not to be missed.
Disliked: The shower was a little weak. The shower head didn’t seem to work properly. The minibar fridge wasn’t at all cold.

Liked: Excellent location. Clean, modern rooms. The dining room is stunning with beautiful murals and high arched ceiling. Breakfast was wonderful, with a wide selection of options. I highly recommend the hotel.
