A very pleasant and relaxing...

Liked: Private - peaceful - very comfortable- great setting. Vale Bar & Restaurant - food was delicious and beautifully presented. Our tasting experience was fun and lady attending to us had good humour and was accommodating and attentive to our needs and preferences.
Disliked: Took us a while to work out the taps in the shower and the basin to get hot water flowing.

Staff were lovely and very...

Liked: This property is stunning - beautifully modern and sleek design and has all of the tech and facilities you could want. Bathroom is just as luxurious, but the shower needs work- poor water pressure and temp control from the rail and overhead shower.
Disliked: We bought a bbq breakfast $70 for two, not realising this would be brought to our room for US to cook! The property needs to make it clearer this is cook your own, otherwise we would have gone up the hill to the restaurant or gone out elsewhere. No oil, sauce or condiments provided, making it hard to cook the breakfast.

Liked: Management were exceptional , we had a minor issue with the heating system which needed a technician . We were relocated to a luxurious wedding suite and management then went above expectation and invited us to a complimentary lunch at their Vale restaurant. On a secondary note accomodation is perfect , thankyou so much to all involved fantastic

Exceptional

Liked: Amazing view and staff were so friendly and accommodating. Had everything we needed! Staff were super responsive and provided us with extra bits we had asked for. They also very kindly drove us up to the restaurant and back! Will definitely stay again :)
Disliked: Staff were unaware of this so no fault of theirs but there were lots of ants living in a space between the bench and cabinetry and they got into some of our food that we had brought :( I mentioned it to the lovely staff on check out and she was very apologetic and said they would have it fixed :)
