Very lovely modern unit. Bed...

Liked: The fire place, layout of unit.
Disliked: The outdoor pool wasn’t hot. We were expecting to go in it as advertised but too cold. We were out in a grand reserve room facing the scrub when vineyard rooms were available. Would’ve liked a vineyard room.

Great place to stay, relax...

Liked: We experienced a fabulous wine tasting paired with food at Beresford, served by Emma, who was exceptional 10/10
Disliked: No iron was a big let down, I could have ironed 3 pairs of jeans for the time it took for me to work out the steamer and having to wear creased shirt to a family celebration. I get the steamer is funky but definitely not practical

Exceptional accommodation and service. Romantic...

Liked: Location, the accommodation and the views were absolutely spectacular. Everything you need to be comfortable. There was also an outdoor heater and bbq on the deck. Wine and Gin tasting onsite. The restaurant is an experience not to be missed.

Comfortable and stylish accommodation but...

Liked: The room was spacious and quiet and the bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: We felt that the reality did not match the photos. We upgraded to the suite with a hot tub overlooking the vines (as indicated in the marketing photo) and what we got was a cold(ish) plunge pool, overlooking a dust bowl. It was a cool afternoon, so a dip in the pool was not a very tempting proposition. Also perhaps there would have been water views at a different time of year / after some rain, which would have improved the views. But be aware that suites 1 and 2 do not overlook the vines (the other suits do have better views I believe).Apparently the booking description called the hot tub a "pool" as they don't have permission for hot tubs from the council as it is too water intensive, so that is a lesson to read the blurb more carefully before booking / upgrading. But it was initially a bit disappointing and we probably wouldn't have bothered paying extra for the premium rooms had we realised, especially since I think all of the cheaper rooms did in fact have vineyard views. Apart from the disappointment of the hot tub / pool, the room was very spacious and nice, with a lovely bath and very comfortable bed, so we ended up having a nice stay. One other element that could be improved would be to provide coffee beans and instructions for the very nice looking coffee machine that is in the room, but without coffee and instructions is pretty useless.
