Was a late booking for one night arrived late didn't see any staff arranged over phone. Really happy

Liked: Friendly caring host. I needed somewhere comfortable, warm and reasonably priced for an overnight stay. This was just right for that.
Disliked: Tricky entrance literally straight off a dual carriageway on the slip road. It needs a bigger sign outside that you can see from a distance.

Disliked: This may be just a personal thing but would have preferred black out curtains/blinds
