A very comfortable room for...

Liked: The room was very comfortable and was the perfect size. Everything was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Also it was pretty close to a metro station, so getting around wasn't too difficult.
Disliked: Unfortunately I went in the middle of a heat wave during the summer, and there was no air con or fans in the room to help with air flow, so the room did get very hot.

Liked: Excellent customer service, Clean, Comfortable, Modern and very beautiful with a 24 hr service.We enjoyed our stay.
Disliked: The walking distance from the Bahnof is about 14 minutes walk,it's okay but a little far.

Liked: The receptionist's availability and the way he offered solutions. Like Amir, that was his name!
Disliked: You had to ask the maid to clean your room and bring you: toilet paper, water, coffee maker tablets. We also had a problem with the toilet, it wouldn't flush and we had to wait until the next day for them to fix the problem. Although the parking was theirs, we had to pay 50 euros per night for the parking space, even though we were using the parking space for people with disabilities inside the hotel.
