Disliked: Nothing - lifts were a bit small, but given the building it would be impossible to make them bigger!

A nice hotel that has...

Liked: The food we ordered from room service was lovely and staff were police and helpful at the property itself.
Disliked: The property itself was lovely, but the condition and upkeep are severely lacking. Our suite had substantial damage to carpets which was indicative of a carpet moth infestation, confirmed by my seeing moths on the walls, in the wardrobe and on the curtains. The end result was that the room felt shabby and I spent the stay concerned that we would take the infestation home with us. I raised my concerns with the hotel after my stay and they dismissed me entirely by saying simply that there was no damage and no moths- which is absolutely not the response I would expect form a luxury hotel. We will not be staying there again.

Liked: Lovely hotel in great location. Spacious & comfortable bedroom and bathroom.
Disliked: The gym seemed to be part of the spa & didn’t open until 10am which is quite late. It would have been really handy if it opened much earlier so you could go before you wanted to head out for the day.

Disliked: Breakfast was probably a little expensive but other than that no issues

Disliked: Water stained walls, carpets that are unraveling in the hallways, stains on the bed headboards etc…

Enjoyable but attention to details...

Liked: The location is good and the hotel was very calm and peaceful. The room and bathroom were of good quality.
Disliked: There was a slight lack of attention to detail. No dressing gowns in the room for instance. The continental breakfast was poor with no cold meats or cheeses and a limited menu.
