Very good

Great location, quiet and comfortable...

Liked: Location was ideal. The beds and unit ere clean.
Disliked: It really needs a good investment in it to bring it up to basic standards oc appearance. The hot tub needs fresh painting, the bathroom has bare paint where the toilet cistern has been replaced. It was a reasonable price but needs to be freshened up. The ‘hot tub’ wasn’t available until 6pm and was cold in the morning, which was clearly written on notices, but it wasn’t what I’d expected.

Improve the thermal pool operations...

Liked: The room facilities were fine.
Disliked: We were happy to pay more to have the thermal pool. Unlike other motels we’ve stayed, there was only a 5pm to 9pm window for the pool to be filled, and then the water was tepid at best. Considering it is advertising itself as being a thermal motor inn it was very disappointing.

Overall good comfortable stay

Liked: Everything we needed and comfortable to sleep, as we were out morning till night, Tv options was good too
Disliked: The thermal pool fills and empties at certain times
