spa right outside, high ceilings...
Liked: Easy to find, the cleanliness, comfortable beds/pillows, the blankets were a bliss, soft and comfy, had everything we needed in there cutlery/cups. Spa was soo nice & stayed hot was perfect to soak up relax & watch the stars.

It was a great stay....
Liked: No breakfast. It is obvious it is quite and old motel so there is a lot of maintenance that needs doing
Disliked: The hot tub could do with a repaint and tiles replaced. Looks quite shabby

Disliked: I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the substandard conditions and lackluster service experienced during my recent stay at Bennett's Tauranga Motor Inn.Upon arrival at approximately 20:15 on 27 April24, my family and I were shocked to discover that the bedding in our room was infested with various debris and foreign substances, clearly indicating a lack of proper cleaning procedures. This blatant disregard for hygiene is utterly unacceptable, and it is evident that the housekeeping staff failed to adhere to basic standards by neglecting to change the bed linens and pillowcases.Despite promptly bringing this issue to the attention of the motel manager, the response was dismissive and insincere. The manager's lack of genuine concern and half-hearted apology only exacerbated our disappointment. As seasoned travelers who have frequented numerous hotels and motels, this is the first instance where such unsanitary conditions have been encountered. It is inconceivable that a reputable establishment would allow guests to sleep on soiled bedding without addressing the matter with the seriousness it warrants.Moreover, the manager's indifference extended to other aspects of our stay, exemplified by the appalling state of the Wi-Fi connectivity. The consistent interruptions and inability to maintain a stable connection hindered our ability to conduct essential tasks and inconvenienced our entire family. It is perplexing that such glaring deficiencies persist without any apparent effort to rectify them, indicative of a systemic failure in prioritizing guest satisfaction.I implore you to recognize the severity of these issues and take immediate action to rectify them. Cleanliness and functionality are fundamental expectations that should not be compromised, regardless of occupancy rates. As paying customers, we deserve to be treated with dignity and provided with the standard of accommodation commensurate with the tariff charged.
