Bennetts Hotel

Lovely hotel, would stay again.

Liked: Lovely and spacious. We had 3 rooms for 1 night which were all lovely. The family suite was very spacious.Accommodated an early check in for an additional charge.
Disliked: No lift and we had many bags and a cot to take upstairs, although staff did help with carrying things.

Pleasant stay in a comfortably...

Liked: The principal reason choosing the hotel was we wanted to stay near Long Eaton and the hotel is right in the middle of the town. It proved a pleasant experience. We enjoyed a good meal in the evening and a nice breakfast. Our room was comfortable, clean and suitably equipped for a short stay. The staff was friendly and eager to please.The town centre is a minute or two away, as is a nice walk along the canal.The hotel was good enough that we stopped there again on our way back from Edinburgh a few days later. Next time we need to visit we'll Long Eaton probably use it again
Disliked: Access to the car park is via a slightly convoluted one way system, which is not helped by inconsiderate drivers deciding to come the wrong way down the road - not much else to be critical of.

Disliked: Heating was not on was cold at night

Liked: Very friendly staff. Huge room with beautiful shower. Bus stop outside. Indian restaurant delicious
Disliked: Pillows were a bit hard.

Liked: The room it's self was clean and had everything we needed unfortunately the remote wasn't working correctly it didn't effect my stay ♥️
Disliked: Unfortunately we wasn't told we had a curfew so was locked out in the rain for 1 hour trying to ring them also one of the staff female had a constant attitude problem immediately the other staff are bloody lovely just her
