Liked: Was a nice hotel and food was good.
Disliked: Not very clean. Was ok just seen dirty mirrors and was tissue paper lying on bathroom floor

Liked: Staff were so welcoming and friendly.. Quirky hotel, a change from bland chains. Great breakfast in the restaurant and evening drinks in the bar.

Liked: Good sized room, felt spacious - big beds - good bedding
Disliked: i) One room the main lock broke and elderly MiL was stuck inside until we got the reception to let her out. Not a disaster and was sorted quite soon, but could have been a big problem if she needed to get out in a rushii) Lack of nearby parking and ability to drop off baggageiii) Lack of side tables with somewhere to plug in phone next to bed in our room at least (Other rooms may have been better)iv) Shabby / Tired dated bathroom - and problems with plumbingv) view in rooms at back of hotel not great

Liked: The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was very spacious and well equipped. The breakfast was lovely with a varied choice of options and was reasonably priced. The cocktails were excellent and great value.
