Exceptional

I would definitely stay here...

Liked: The bedroom was lovely and the beds were extremely comfortable!
Disliked: Nothing! It was all good

Pleasant

Liked: OK location in Belfast. Room was clean, staff pleasant.
Disliked: Music was loud. Car park garage was a long walk.

Liked: Location good,
Disliked: We went for breakfast in morning but didnt want full breakfast so we opted for coffee and toast. So one pot of coffee for 2 and toast and 2 crossants cost £18.

Passable

Liked: bed cover ripe had to get it chance new one on and the sheet and duvet had marks on it. dinner lovely breakfast was poor bacon overcooked blackpudding could not get my fork in it sausages to spiced egg not cooked hard. has to get new eggs .scrambled eggs was not good it had to much oil on it and was do in a frying pan not in pan with butter and milk. was not very happy with breakfast. but love to go back and stay again.
Disliked: breakfast duvet cover had too get chance ripe then second one had black marks on sheet and new duvet cover daugther sleep on top of duvet.

Very good hotel

Liked: Communal areas were well appointed, staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: Parts of the rooms were a little tired and could do with air conditioning

A lovely hotel with super...

Liked: It was quirky and felt safe being a solo guest. Lovely bar and great food in the restaurant. A 10 minute walk to the City centre.
Disliked: A little noisy from the bar opposite at closing time but when I closed the window the noise was drowned out so no problem
