Liked: Staff are really friendly and helpful. I got a call the day before to advise us that we could drop our bags off before check in so we didn't have to lug them around Belfast. Little touches like this made our trip better and we did the same thing the following day when we checked out. Bar and bar staff are great and had an amazing time. Room was huge and bed really comfortable.
