Very poor and clearly not...

Liked: Room was ready
Disliked: Heating completely ineffective, had it on 27degrees all night and still cold. No basin in bathroom had to use kitchen basin. Car parking very hard as place full of work vans. All very basic. Cups were washed but still dirty. Towels old, rough. Stayed elsewhere in town the night before for a cheaper rate and much superior facilities.
