Liked: Great location, the bed was super comfy and the size of the room was very spacious
Disliked: Unfortunately there are more dislikes to list than likes, firstly the rubbish bin was nearly full with previous guests rubbish, Vanity drawers had hair in them, Bed head dusty, Floors a bit dirty and a very much alive redback spider in its web just inside entry doorway Cutlery dirty

A little disappointed.

Disliked: Housekeeping left dirty linen on the floor.

Liked: The facilities, location, value for money. We would stay here again is travelling through Victoria
Disliked: We would have liked to be able use a bbq & clothes airer or line. Dryers are convenient, but not good for our clothes. Thankyiu

Disliked: The bed was so uncomfortable it was hard to sleep. The room had bugs and spiders in it upon arrival. The kitchen had little to no tea and coffee, there was 1 glass other than wine glasses. I stayed for a week and not once did I see any form of room service Highly disappointed and well over priced. Would not recommend

Disliked: Over priced. Internal approach path and courtyard dirty. Poor design,tiny bathroom, insufficient and poor quality utensils,cheap poor quality television. Advertised as having a terrace with inner courtyard view. No view, no terrace, and courtyard dirty. Assumed that the price indicated quality. Should be priced at half and cleaned,and told the truth.

Disappointing

Liked: The shower was good and hot.
Disliked: After having to wait for more than half an hour for someone to return my call and then another 20 minutes to be provided with an access code that worked - we were already late for an appointment.The young man that answered the phone, eventually, was that difficult to understand it is not funny. He spoke so rapidly I had to get him to keep repeating himself and he was getting annoyed - even when I asked him to speak more slowly, he did not. He told me to wait there as he would be coming in 10 minutes to sort out the access - but he never showed up. He rang back after approx. 20 minutes stating the code should now work.We were lead to believe that we had off street parking within the complex - NOT off street parking in a shopping centre car park at the rear of the complex.The entry way was putrid - with cigarette ash piled up against the wall. Likewise the small enclosed courtyard would benefit from a good sweep and followed up by a wash. There was no spare blanket or electric blanket on the bed and my husband was cold.

Liked: Parking was good. Easy checkin and checkout process. Spacious room with all the necessities provided. Modern shower.
Disliked: The place was not clean at all and didn’t look like it was cleaned for months. The floor wasn’t vacuumed or mopped. The shower had hair on the floor. The bed and pillows didn’t feel clean and the couch was covered in dust. Air conditioner smelled. The outdoor courtyard area could have been swept or rid of cobwebs etc. The kitchen cupboards were not clean with dirty cups, plates and dusty all over. No attention to detail including tea making facilities (just had random tea bag and probably old coffee, sugar sachets in the cutlery draw). Could spruce up the place to make it more clean, comfortable and inviting for those travelling.
