Liked: The whole experience. The Hotel was in an easy location, close to central station but away from the busyness. The Hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. Where it was positioned we found some real hidden gems locally. I literally thought I’d found my favourite place for a treat getaway. I’m very sad that you have had to close down. All the staff are lovely.
Disliked: The fact that moments after discovering you, you are closing down . I had literally told all my friends about you and was planning on coming with some friends.

Liked: Staff were just so lovely and helpful. Great location, nice view from top floor room, loved the coffee machine, very cosy place, clean and comfy, staff very willing to help with anything
Disliked: Very very sad to hear it was closing the day I left and all staff made redundant with minimum notice given. Olivia and all the team were amazing. I hope the owner takes extra care of them and helps with getting them new, secure employment nearby

Liked: It was ideally located, staff welcoming and friendly, super helpful, if the business closes then we wish you all well in the future
Disliked: It’s closing as a business on Weds (7th May) apparently and that made us sad for those losing their jobs that they clearly enjoyed and cared about.
