Liked: I have been coming here for 4 years now and staying regularly for work. I was delighted when I arrived as my room was upgraded for me.

Very good

Liked: A change from hotels, situated at a great location. Excellent hosts and room. No hassle and swift interaction for the keys. Can come and go as you please, and checkout was just as simple.
Disliked: Stairs, but you can't do much about that in a townhouse! Didn't bother me but might if you were a bit older. I'm sure they would work that out for you though.

Very good

Liked: All the staff we met were lovely. They very kindly looked after our bags. Location is excellent - five minutes' walk to Central station, under 10 to the cathedral but down a lovely quiet side street.
Disliked: Low ceilings and very small toilet on the top floor.

Liked: Location was great and staff were very friendly!
Disliked: Nothing

Wonderful people!

Liked: The staff was amazing! They have 24 hour staff so I could check in late and they were super helpful in catering to my needs. I also loved the heating facility here. Often hotels don't have radiators that actually warm up your room in winter but their heating was great.

One of the cheaper places...

Liked: Lovely hosts, great value for money, comfortable rooms

Short and sweet

Liked: Clean, nice neighborhood, easy walk to train station and restaurants.
Disliked: Walls thin between rooms thus noise from other guests very audible. Recommend earplugs.
