Very good

Liked: The hotel is located in a peaceful and safe area of Prague. There are so many nice restaurants and shops. With the tram number 12, you can go to the city centre within 10 minutes. The tram station is in front of the hotel. The rooms are clean. The breakfast was also great and various. This was not my first time in Prague, but my first time in this hotel. Any other hotel was terrible. Summarising this hotel is the best choice in Prague if you go for some days to explore the city.
Disliked: There is no parking option in the hotel, only for six cars. So you can park only in the streets, which is expensive, or at the sport stadium’s parking centre, which is by 2 tram stations far away. In the bathroom there is fixed shower on the wall.

Liked: Everything is perfect except a bit far from city center.

Good value for money

Liked: The room is furnished enough , the breakfast is okay, and the room layout is comfortable.
Disliked: I missed during booking that there is not air-condition, in summer time in 35 degrees, it was a bit uncomfortable stays

Liked: The room was very comfortable and clean, location was ideal for getting around.
Disliked: Maybe a few more English speaking channels on the television. Only a minor issue.

Lovely old building and very...

Liked: It was a little difficult to get a table the 1st morning so we took our brekky to our room. 2nd morning we went down a bit later and that worked well.

Good accomodation, helpful staff and...

Liked: Good sized, well-lit room with air-conditioning and spacious bathroom. The rooms, lobby were clean and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is accessible via trams from train station and city center. There are good restaurants (different cuisines) at walkable distance as well as convenience stores. The breakfast buffet was good.
Disliked: The WiFi connection was inconsistent at times. Our room had a single sofa but no chair to the study/work desk so I found it a little uncomfortable to do quick tasks on my laptop.

Unhelpful staff, make okay for...

Liked: The only positive was the breakfast, which was genuinely good.
Disliked: The hotel was mediocre overall. It might be acceptable for its price, but I’m certain there are better options in the same range. One receptionist, in particular, was unhelpful—everything we asked for was met with a “no.” No extension cord, no extra blanket, no outlets in the room except in the bathroom, and no information about the parking spots right in front of the hotel. The rooms are very small, and the staff didn’t make any effort to address issues. We couldn’t even get a single teabag from reception.
