Would probably stay again but...
Liked: Convenient location for our trip. Parking was adequate for our larger vehicle. Front desk was kind and accommodating. Three-queen room was extra roomy.
Disliked: Breakfast was not sufficient: cereal and items hand-bagged in zip-bags. No protein options. No elevator for second-floor rooms.

Don't expect a good breakfast
Liked: The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Plenty of pillows which I love!
Disliked: The vending machine (soda) was all sold out so I had to get out after having been on the road and running around all day. Then the "continental breakfast" was a joke. Frozen pancakes and bagels stuffed in sandwich baggies is not my idea of a complimentary breakfast with the cost of the room!

Stayed here as it was...
Liked: Limited people staying there so it was nice and quiet. Staff were friendly and accommodating
Disliked: Senior citizens. We were given a room on the 2nd floor. No elevator. How is that ADA compliant?Breakfast was very limited. No hot foods.

Great Stay
Liked: Staff was very friendly and helpful. The common areas and room were clean and the beds were comfortable. We will be back next time we’re in Iowa.
Disliked: There is no elevator. If you are disabled I would request a room on the first floor. I also wish they offered more than white breads and cereal for breakfast.
