Superb

Liked: Room was great for value and also location.
Disliked: The curtains came off the rods a couple times and the window in the bathroom was broken but that's all.

Liked: Lovely huge room, comfy bed, clean and quiet. Good location to the Southern Cross Hospital (3min walk)
Disliked: nothing - it was a pleasure to stay there

Very good sized room, easy...

Liked: Good size room, well appointed, bed was comfortable, good tv selection, reasonably quiet even though it is just off the main road, helpful staff.
Disliked: Heating could've been better, the room has very high ceilings so you are basically heating the ceiling.The electric blanket could only be plugged in on one side of the bed.

Very good value for money....

Liked: Separate lounge from bed and ensuite. Basic breakfast was good. Room facilities were good. Free washer and dryer.FYI - Good fish and chip shop at 1040 Takeaways, Colombo St. 700m from motel.
Disliked: Really can't think of anything.

Liked: Comfortable, facilities quite good.
Disliked: Was advertised as central, but in fact not within easy walking distance of services, such as restaurants.

Convenient and spacious

Liked: The location was handy to the function we were attending. Shower pressure was good. The room was a decent size. We got breakfast was part of the booking deal, and it was a good amount for a continental breakfast.
Disliked: The only way to heat the room was a small oil column heater, and on a dismal Chch day the room was very cold when we arrived. The bed and couch were not the most comfortable.
