We love Llandudno.

Liked: Great room; great staff.
Disliked: No

Lovely location, amazing views, bedrooms...

Liked: Amazing location, great view from the second floor
Disliked: For the price paid, the room could have benefitted from new furniture and a lick of paint of the walls. Walls chipped and stained in places. Furniture stained.

Liked: The room was cleanFacilities were exactly what we needed.Provided a fan for the warm weatherCoffee machine in the room!Shampoo/conditioner/shower gel provided Loved the small bag of 2p coins for the games arcade Patio area with the bar to enjoy the view of the sea front whilst enjoying a drink.

Deffo would go back there

Great place, modern but home...

Liked: Friendly relaxed atmosphere, all the staff would smile and greet us warmly. Spacious room with a full sea view. Loved the doggie bag waiting for our dog containing a blanket, bowl, dog bags etc
Disliked: Nothing apart from the lift is a bit of a squeeze

Swish elegant and modern stay...

Liked: Great location and practically next to the pier. Very modern looking and swish vibe. Very clean rooms and the staff were very attentive and friendly. Beds were comfortable and cosy. Food was really good and a nice range to choose from. Great ramp access for anyone who requires it with prams/wheelchairs etc.
Disliked: The lift is small and takes a while but I appreciate it is an old building. Although it's an old building you can hear other residents walking around in the middle of the night. Loo was dripping in the basin and more noticeable at night. Also the fridge was noisy as well at night. I did ask the maintenance to come and have a look but the toilet and fridge seemed to be fine during the day. Asked again to see again as I checked out as overall a really nice place to stay. Just would be perfect with those factors I identified above.

Great location

Liked: Great location. The room was well appointed with a large comfortable bed. Nice and clean
Disliked: The room was a bit dark due to having an outlook directly into adjacent buildings. Small ( but adequate) bathroom

Liked: Wonderful position sunny aspect on the veranda, perfect location near the pier best place in Llandudno. Lovely breakfast
Disliked: Nothing
