Clean, comfortable and friendly!!!

Liked: It was clean in a good location, staff were lovely and friendly, breakfast was fab.
Disliked: Just a couple of things. The bath and shower gel needs to be a bit lower to reach when you’re taking a bath. The toaster doesn’t work very well, maybe just get a couple of 4 slice toasters would be quicker.

Stylish, comfortable hotel with friendly...

Liked: The location is perfect, a great view overlooking the whole prom. The room was spacious and comfortable with excellent facilities. Breakfast is fabulous with lots of choice.The staff are very friendly and helpful and I'll definitely be staying at The Belmont again.

Liked: Lovely ,helpful staff, cleanliness , beautiful decor and excellent location . Also very dog friendly
Disliked: Breakfast was a buffet style for hot food and it had been left out for too long . The bacon was rock hard and the fried egg had been left far too long in the hot tray .

Liked: Fantastic breakfast choice. Staff friendly and efficient.
Disliked: Bathroom. Had to wade through water left by showering to reach the sink. Not v safe. Nowhere to put a towel by the sink. Needs a bigger shelf for spongebag/toiletries.

Lovely hotel

Liked: Very nice hotel positioned perfectly for our stay. The staff were very pleasant, chatty and friendly and the room was lovely, although very hot. Thankfully there was a fan that we used which helped us keep cool.The breakfast options were plentiful and the presentation was really good. The breakfast room was very clean and tidy with tables being spaced out to allow plenty of room. The terraced area was a very nice addition and the furniture on it was kept clean. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend the Belmont to anyone looking for accommodation in Llandudno
Disliked: Unfortunately, the parking situation is very hit and miss. We drove around for about 20 mins trying to find somewhere to park that was near to the hotel. We managed to get a space, but because of our struggle, we did not use the car for fear of not being able to park up again on our return. Also, the hotel is non smoking but the guests in the room next to us were smoking on their balcony and the smoke/ smell was coming in through our window. We did mention this at reception but they explained that the non smoking only applied to inside the building but not on the balconies or terraced area. Personally, I think it should be totally non smoking because of this issue.

Fabulous from start to finish,...

Liked: Wonderful location, few minutes to pier and also to the tram station for the Orme. Fabulous views from our hotel balcony. Nice to have somewhere to sit with morning coffee. Friendly, attentive staff and management that go above and beyond. Great variety of breakfast choices, catering for vegan too. Well selected bar area that also serve Crisps, nuts and Pizzas. Although we didn’t have a dog with us. They are Dog friendly, doggy goody bags for your four legged friends, doggy sausage available at breakfast for them too. Separate dining room for guests with their dogs. Very clean and modern, lots of little extra touches.lift available. Ramp access available at property too. Arrived at 9.30 am and staff stored our luggage and did the same on day we checked out till Afternoon. Would highly recommend and definitely look forward to staying again when I return to Llandudno.
