Great extras in the room...

Liked: Staff where so helpful to our group booking.. Staff at reception and bar where so lovely ans inviting and gave us info about where to go. Also change 2 twin rooms into doubles for us. Rooms have coffee machines and nice tea and biscuits and the lovely addition of some 2p coins for you to enjoy on the arcades on the pier opposite. The elemis toiletries in the room where lovely to use too.

It was a successful stay

Liked: We liked everything, we had a room with a balcony, it was small but had everything needed,. bathrobes, slippers, coffee, tea, fresh milk and much more.
Disliked: there was nothing like that

Beautiful spot, great hotel.

Liked: Loved the location. Staff were amazing. Bar lovely. Breakfast great.
Disliked: Only negative if being picky, the balcony rooms at the front are beautiful but quite small.

Disliked: The room was extremely small and very very warm! The mattress on the bed had lots of dips in which it made it very uncomfortable.
