Cute looking exterior with spacious...

Liked: The hotel ground's ambiance included decorative lights, well maintained plants, and a gazebo giving a friendly feeling. Rooms were clean and large. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: The door to the room did not line up in the frame properly. There was a very large gap at the top and bottom-side of door allowing considerable noise and light to come through. Toiletries were not restocked in room; this includes toilet paper, tissue and missing towels. Only 1 washer and 1 dryer for whole building lead to considerable wait time and constant checking to squeeze in just to do 1 load of wash. Parking is tight and difficult to maneuver, especially if you have anything larger than a sedan.

I would give alot higher...

Liked: Staff was helpful and good location. Adequate space for comfortability.
Disliked: Smell of mildew was overbearing (A/C had mildew build-up) I had to buy A candle and kept the window open my whole trip to properly ventilate. Would wake up stuffy everyday. Outdated design and older sheets and blankets, Could use a considerable makeover.

Liked: The price but I guess you get what you pay for
Disliked: Going inside the hotel was nice but as soon as you hit your room, it smelled musty mildew wasn’t clean air condition. Barely worked. Had to ask for towels, toilet paper and the Kleenex box looks like it had dirty Kleenex in it and we had to ask for Kleenex and the ice machine did not work. We were there for the NASCAR race

Liked: The location is near our destination. It is within walking distance of restaurants and other places travelers need.
Disliked: The refrigerator was smaller than most hotel refrigerators. It did not have a freezer.
