Liked: The vent fan was dirty in the restroom. The shelf above the toilet was about to come off the wall. The shower curtain rod was about to come off the wall. The plug on the lamp between the 2 queen beds didn't work. We had 6 people and had to ask for more towels and were only given 2 and wasn't asked if we needed more. Overall, beds were comfortable, and sheets were clean and was pleased with the options there was for something to watch on tv. The room was spacious just wished a little bit more was put into making sure the small things were done and taken care of.
Disliked: Didn't like that shelving and shower curtain rod were almost coming off the wall. Also, didn't like that we I went to the Lobby to check out breakfast and coffee options that there was a sign that said food was not to be taken out of the lobby. I paid for a room with breakfast; I should be allowed to take it back to my room and eat it if I wanted to. The lobby was closed and locked around 10 pm and no housekeeping items were available after 10 pm. This basically meant that if I needed another pillow or blanket that I was not getting it until the next morning.

This is our 4th stop...

Liked: Breakfast OK. The waffle iron was not ready for the first one, but was good for the second one.
Disliked: We were told that the water would be off from 6 AM to 9 AM, so we took our shower the previous night. No big deal, but was strange.

It’s the place to stay...

Liked: The stay was close to the event location I was in town for. The place was quiet overall and there was no safety concerns whatsoever.
Disliked: I was given a smoking room when I requested a non smoking. It was FULL of flies which I spent the first hour killing. The room was a little humid and hot due to the AC put on heat auto so I had to wait a while for it to cool. There was a strong odor of chlorine coming from the sink and shower water. You would think that since they charged $90 for a room that I would at least get a towel not so rough and that would absorb water after showering. They were comparable to a towel I would use to clean a kitchen. Not only that, they were small. Lastly, why is the staff insistent on trying to clean the room AN HOUR before my stay is over? Not only that, but they seemed bothered when they called me 15 minutes before my stay is over and I was still in the room. Just wait until guest leave at that point.
