We'd go back again.

Liked: Neat, clean, tidy, large. We were expecting road noise, but there wasn't any. Some train noise from the nearby station, but it wasn't a problem. Near Geelong Station, bus stop nearby, restaurants nearby.
Disliked: There wasn't anything for us to dislike.

Liked: Thanks to the staff - we checked in late and there was no issue with that once we let them know we were going to be late. Very engaged and friendly lady.
Disliked: Bed needs a topper - pretty hard.
