Disliked: It’s very hot in the room and when it’s heatwave it’s bit difficult to open the windows especially if you are in a lower ground floor

Liked: Arived after 2300 staff very helpfull got shown to room and just welcomed very poilite young man
Disliked: The bed was a little hard use to a soft bed bit overall not to bad

Basic, not very expensive.

Liked: The bed was fine. Tea/coffe stuff. The Wifi worked. The shower worked well and the bathroom was clean enough. The reception staff were fine.
Disliked: Golfers walking past the window with a clear view - nothing I could do about that. The bathroom window had loads of cobwebs from outside. I forgot shower gel, but there was a tiny one. Two days later someone came in added two conditioners and a shampoo (I'm bald) but no shower gel, and made the bed even though the duvet cover was clearly dirty.

Clean room in quiet area...

Liked: In quiet area room very clean , bathroom clean and shower excellent. Help yourself to tea, coffee and milk from reception.
Disliked: No air conditioning, it was hot at night making sleeping difficult.

Ok. The location was good...

Liked: Location was great for us
Disliked: The room was shabby. Cracked and stained tiles in the bathroom. Strained ceiling in the bedroom. a small room fridge would've been nice. Close to club house so noisy, although some of the singing was quite entertaining. There was no water on the table at breakfast, had go to the bar to get some. The food wasn't filled regularly, so people were kept waiting. They did find some milk free spread when asked.
