Disliked: It smelt like a care home, and I was put at the end of a very, very long corridor, even though I obviously struggle walking

Excellent communication and accommodating staff

Liked: Really friendly and accommodating for our early check in. Called us back to confirm they could do this and also upgraded our room! Very happy
Disliked: Breakfast was a little dried up
