Good price; clean room. Shuttle every half hour to Foxwoods. Prompt and driver was very nice.

Disliked: Bar closed at 10.

The staff was very helpful and personable. Clean, comfortable and quiet hotel. Super comfy beds. Bar was small but all people there were friendly and a great time was had by all. I will definitely stay there again :)

Hotel had warm, welcoming staff. Guest rooms were clean and comfortable. Lobby was tastefully done with Italian decorations and motife'. Served Starbucks coffee at lobby kiosk, which was a plus. Hotel guests were incredibly noisy and their room "parties" spilled out into the hallways, which happened to be in the hallway of our room. Front desk was called during the evening with no resolve. Hotel did offer compensation at the end of the stay, but because of lack of sleep due to parties, did not enjoy the stay.

Bellisimo hotel

Liked: The hotel was very clean, beautiful pool, big comfy room, fitness room, free coffee bar in the morning, & tavern. Friendly staff
Disliked: Everything about the hotel is great the only thing I didn't like was it can take 3-5 days for the hold to release on your card.

Liked: The breakfast on the weekend was very good. The shuttle to the casino was convenient on Saturday and Sunday. The coffee bar was an added bonus.
Disliked: The bed in our room was very uncomfortable. The mattress is quite worn with valleys that make it difficult to sleep. Monday's breakfast was so greasy. My sister ordered an omelette without cheese and it had American cheese in it.

Liked: Great hotel and facilities, ice machine nice to have, comfortable beds
Disliked: Very long hallway with only one elevator in each floor, slow Wi-Fi.

Wonderful! Jacuzzi room was amazing...

Liked: It’s beautiful, lots of perks offering a coffee bar and room service fairly late. A decent menu to choose from, staff was pleasant and our room was clean. Conveniently positioned to access outside. Definitely a wonderful stay!
Disliked: We did want housekeeping services and did not get it but was not a huge deal! Only thing I found to be “disliked “
