Haven’t quite made it in...

Liked: Location Beds were comfy, clean , and pro looking sheets. Best full length mirror placement EVER. Usually even in 4star above places you can see people in the bathroom from the beds and vice versa. Good plugs for the cells on the lamp. Like the accent wall. It was good to have a short notice stay for daughters wwu graduation! You were the only thing left and I’d do it again if I had to honestly
Disliked: Noisy in general. People stomp above. Wish there was something in the literature or courtesy signs saying please respect other guest and mind how you walk across the floor.More specifically sounded like there were elephants above or people moving furniture constantly. Dirty carpet. Toilet ran loud and was old. Wall trim and vanity in appalling shape. Hand on shower loose and water lukewarm. Sink hardware completely askew. The whole bathroom was like a bad DIY job . Or done by an intoxicated crew or eight year olds. Wish I’d thought of taking picks. Good luck going forward.

Liked: Good location. Decent price.
Disliked: Room smelled of urine. No hot water in showers.

OK Basic Room for One...

Liked: The staff were very polite and helpful. The beds were decent. And I have a bad back, so that says something. I stayed with my dog and 11-year-old son. For the price, you get basic amenities. It does offer breakfast, but we didn't get a chance to try it. The location is good as far as being close to things like shopping and restaurants.
Disliked: This is a one-night stay kind of place. It's located right next to a bar, and there were a lot of people loitering in the parking lot. Safety-wise, it was concerning. As in many hotels in this price range, your socks turn black after walking on the carpet in your room. So clearly, they don't clean the carpets often.

The strong smell of cigarette...

Liked: Staff was very nice.
Disliked: Smelled like cigarette smoke. Kept window open and fan on all night. But my nightgown smelled like cigarette smoke when I got home and pulled it out of my suitcase. It’s a nonsmoking hotel so either it is overdue for a deep cleaning (all linens, carpets, walls, etc) or the nonsmoking requirement in rooms and hallways isn’t being enforced (or both).
