Liked: The breakfast was very good with a fair amount of options.
Disliked: The location allowed us to park and walk everywhere we went.

Liked: Very friendly, kind and helpful staff
Disliked: Cleaning was mediocre along with room servicing. Rugs in my room clearly hadn’t been vacuumed in days and there was mold on the ledge in the bathroom plus a ton of dust and crud in the radiator. Weather stripping around the AC unit was so old and loose that mosquitoes were able to get in at night. I plugged gaps with toilet paper.

Disliked: Angel’s attitude! This almost ruined my 20225 annual Newport trip

Liked: Location of this place is great! Loved sitting on the porch.
Disliked: We experienced a number of really loud guests playing music that could be heard outside. There is no B&B host in the location to monitor.
