Liked: Liked the 24 hour tea / coffee area available . Spotless . Fresh clean smell throughout the entire building . Safe . Towels extremely white and comfortable . Breakfast served by such capable people making our visit very pleasing

We like the general charm...

Liked: The front desk staff and the people on duty for breakfast were lovely. The neighborhood is also lovely.
Disliked: This was the second time we stayed at Bellevue House and the second time we had no shower door. The room we stayed in this April, in addition to no shower door, was not cleaned very well. We found an old water bottle under the loveseat, (which was also worn and dirty), and there were a few ants.
