For a short 2 night...
Liked: Couldn’t beat the location
Disliked: It is a beautiful place/property but I feel as though more effort could’ve been shown by staff. Facecloths were not replaced. There was a food container in the fridge left from the previous guests. Not much information was given regarding check in/parking/check out. The breakfast room was not very accommodating. No staff to direct us in what was available. Most guests who came in were confused as to what you had to offer. We just thought it was continental style with a few danishes and toast available until we saw others eating hot food. There was no communication.

Disappointing
Liked: Breakfast was great but the dining area was full, so we had to take plates back to the room. Shower was hot but water pressure was low.
Disliked: There is a loose window screen in Rm 120 of Bellevue Manor (10 Bellevue Ave) that banged on the window all night with the wind. Windows are painted shut, so you can’t open the window to loosen or tighten the screen. Kept me up all night with the noise. Someone called me the night before I was supposed to check in, asking where I was. I told them I was supposed to be there the next day. He apologized and hung up. My credit card was charged the full amount right before that phone call and my booking was changed because of this mistake. I did not want an upgraded room in a different building, I wanted the room I initially booked. When we got into the room, there were dried clumps of hair left in the shower that we had to remove. Rugs on the floor did not lay flat, creating a tripping hazard. Some outlets did not work at all. TV was tiny and fixed on the wall so you couldn’t tilt it to watch comfortably from the bed.
