Great historic vibe

Liked: The room was spacious and comfortable. Our room was in a historic home, so the bathroom was small. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast in the morning was nice. There was outdoor seating so we could enjoy our breakfast on the patio.
Disliked: The room was very cold when we arrived. I am not sure why the room is 65 degrees when it is 90 outside. It was too cold.The outlets weren't very accessible. It would have been nice to have a multi-outlet/USB type port available to charge our phones.

Overall, everything was excellent, and...

Liked: Everything about the Bellevue Inn is awesome! The accommodations are wonderful, the breakfast is delicious and the location is perfect for walking down to the wharfs or to the tennis Hall of Fame areas.
Disliked: The only thing that would’ve improved our stay is a different mattress. We have stayed many times in many different suites and this was the first time that we were disappointed with the mattress.

Disliked: Didn't like stairs and lack of fitness facilities. Very pricey.

Bellevue House offers a comfortable...

Liked: Having fresh, hot breakfast included was a nice perk and allowed us to start our long days of fun fully fueled without having to find a place to eat. The food wasn't necessarily fancy (quiche and ham or sausage; pancake/french toast; modest selection of scones, bread and fruit), but it was tasty and the service was pleasant. It did the trick and allowed us to be in and out in under 20 minutes each morning. - We had almost forgotten what a nice touch daily housekeeping service can be. It was nice to come back each evening to a freshened up room. - The free and nearby parking was appreciated during what was a very busy weekend in the city.
Disliked: The only suggestions we have is that a couple of towel hooks in the bathroom (which is small, so organization matters more) would have helped and maybe a bench for luggage, instead of the folding rack that didn't hold our larger bag very well.
