Liked: The girl at the registration desk was very nice and friendly, we arrived earlier than the check-in time, for which she understood and let us in earlier, all the employees were very nice
Disliked: We had problems with the shower, when we turned it on at high pressure the water would leak out.

Liked: The staff is amazing, help me out with everything. The girl at the reception was amazing. The hotel is near Spiaggia 95 but also to the free beach. The pool was a very relaxing place

Disliked: The receptionist’s limited English knowledge made communication challenging. The view was unremarkable, with only a small portion of the sea visible. The mattress was uncomfortable and excessively soft.On the positive side, the hotel’s location was great, close to the beach and with numerous markets nearby. However, this was the only truly positive aspect. I would recommend paying a bit more and opting for a better place. This experience was extremely disappointing.The hotel lacked basic amenities. There was no food or drinks available, and the room’s lack of a fridge made it difficult to keep drinks cool. We had to request separate access to the AC. Using the pool area required an additional charge. The pool itself was basic, with plastic chairs and cold water. We had paid for the pool and it was a disappointing experience. The noise level was a big issue. A football field was located right next to the pool and they played loudly every day; the train nearby added to the constant noise. We had to repeatedly request toilet paper, which was cheap quality and quickly ran out. We wondered why they couldn’t leave more toilet paper or some Kleenex.The staff was unhelpful and impassive. One lady was always on her phone, seemingly with friends, and became annoyed whenever we tried to talk to her. Since communication was so difficult, we had to spend a lot of time waiting at the front desk for simple answers.We repeatedly asked if there was a possibility for a late check-out, but they couldn’t answer and said they would check and let us know later. They never did, we had to go back many times. Despite the hotel being empty, they refused to allow us a late check-out but offered to book us a new room for a fee of 45 euros for a couple of hours.Overall, we were treated poorly and the hotel’s quality was disappointing. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Liked: Getting there I was told the pool can't been used For the television and light to be put on the air conditioner will not work if the air conditioner is put on the light and television will be put off it was odd
