Liked: Location is graat. A lot of great breakfast options. Hotel has a lot of fun stuff to do.
Disliked: The bathroom was very nice. The problem was with the shower gel and the shampoo. The tubes have a strange mechanism that makes it really hard to get the liquid out making the shower harder. Also the water preassure is weak.

Nice hotel with great restaurants

Liked: Nice themed hotel. Beautiful lobby and garden.Clean rooms. Nice cleaning staff, restaurant staff was also very nice and correct. Great food at prime. Great service at the pool restaurant.
Disliked: Got two reservations because we booked an extra night. After the first extra night our key didn’t work in the afternoon like they said it would had to go back to the reception and fix it.Got stuck in the elevator with another family for a while. They had to open the doors manually. The security called afterwards with the question if we needed any medical assistance . No formal excuse from the hotel at all. We checked out the next morning and I mentioned it to the person at the reception she was surprised and said she was so sorry. But that was it. The pool was beautiful but not really cold. We stayed at the beginning of our holiday at a different hotel and their pools were colder.

Outdated find somewhere else

Disliked: Kitchen for pool closes at 15.45 something like that. Doesnt make sense. Pool opens late and closes early… everything has a fee even room service. Water pressure non existent.
