Disliked: Sorry the following complaint (Ronald Leopoldi) was not for your hotel!!! Everything was perfect!!!!!HousekeepingThis is the third time my personal laundry has gone missing.Twice it was a simple white T-shirt and during our last stay a white blouse (€ 300,--).The items were probably put away with the bed linen and towels. Despite asking, it was not possible to get the item back.

Liked: Very central, very grand property. The garden exhibit was outstanding. Pools very good. Watched O by Circ de Soleil which was brilliant.
Disliked: Very busy. Made to walk through a smoke filled casino to get to your room. Long waits to speak to reception. All fridges are sensor activated so you can't put your personal stuff in there without a charge for drinks appearing on your hotel bill (they did credit this out at the end)

Great hotel to be

Liked: Great location on a strip, beautiful hotel. Comfortable, kind of luxurious, clean, we enjoyed time by the pool too
Disliked: Check out machines did not work, long queues for check in, smoking allowed in casinos
