Liked: Very good standard room.Excellent organisationFriendly staff
Disliked: How busy the lobby and public areas were all the time. It's like a train station all the comings and goings

Liked: Location is good - show discount - Buffet was good.
Disliked: Room location wasn?t good - connected room was very noisy at night . I sent a request for a nice room but I didn?t get a room with good view or quiet !

Liked: Easy to navigate around, extremely luxe!

Worst Experience In My Life
Liked: Nothing at all.
Disliked: WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER. I visit Vegas regularly, I was always curious about Bellagio and paid more than enough to experience. However it was my worst hotel experience ever. Firstly, room was really old and needs renovation. Secondly, Casino floor is not catching compare to value. And thirdly, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT GUESTS. My wife suffered from low blood pressure problems and heavy pain. She was nearly fainted. I called security for medical help, they gave the map and contacts of hospitals close to hotel. I said ok, they are not hospital after all. But she got worse and I called security again to ask for wheelchair and ambulance. They refused to send wheelchair without paying in advance. They suggest me to leave my wife in the room, go to front desk, wait in line, pay for wheelchair, get it back to room to get my wife to the ambulance !!! I refused to leave her and carried her to elevator casino level on my own -10 min walking distance-. When we get to casino level, they still did not call ambulance and kept us waited for 30-35 mins before getting medical help. --Meanwhile they checked if we are trying to leave without paying !!! p.s. I have already paid total amount and deposit during check-in-- They kept asking about payment issues while my wife suffering from heavy pain and nearly fainting. We waited for an ambulance for 50 mins. It took an hour and half to get to clinic from the hotel. After getting shots, tests etc. we returned to hotel. I went to security and front desk to share my feelings, they did not even apologize for their behavior. Imagine that your wife having deadly health issues, and ```best hotel``` in the strip refuses to help. Instead of helping they tried to rip you off... Worst hotel/trip experience in my life and I do not suggest anyone to stay in Bellagio. All they care is money, not your health-safety-happiness etc.

Won?t do it again.
Liked: That it was close to were we were going.
Disliked: The front desk said we?d have a good view for our window. If you wanted to see the roofs of their storage area. For what you pay there quality of towels & bedding are not the best I?ve stay at hotels for less money with more to offer. I know I won?t be staying there again.un less they make some major changes.

Disliked: The toilet was blocked in our hotel room. Had to wait over 2 and a half hours for it to be fixed. Bare in mind we got to the hotel at midnight flying over from New York, wasn?t fixed until 2:45am.The luggage man called Don was extremely rude. I always tip staff when I believe the service is good. He was rude and when I did not leave him a tip he muttered ?is that it?? Not what I expect from a 5* star hotel on our honeymoon.

It?s good. The Fountain View...
Liked: The scene through the window of my Fountain View room.
Disliked: The mobile check-in process did not work as expected. I completed it online early in the morning and was informed by the system that I will be notified of my room number via email when my room became available in the afternoon after 3 pm. I waited until 4:30 pm before attempting to perform the mobile check-in *again*. Unfortunately, it did not work as expected for the second time. I had to speak to a member of staff, after joining a long line of queue, before I can obtain my keys. The room itself did not manage to ?wow? me ? I had expected more from it I must admit. In addition, facilities in the Fitness Centre appeared older than those in some of the competing hotels.

Liked: Room decor, checking in staff
Disliked: Pool service in cabana was not as good as the standard pool service in the Aria, not enough staff, no way to call them , took age to bring drinks. Not enough veggie options on the standard poolside and no extra service with cypress cabanas which was well understaffed. Aria is much better in this area. Bellagio is untidy with towels and trash.
